Does it work for laser jobs?
Yes. Enter laser time and stock allocation manually, or combine laser and print steps. There is no machine connection, geometry-based time estimate or nesting.
How do customer payments work?
Connect Stripe, approve a quote and share a secure payment link. Customers pay through Stripe Checkout without a Shop Companion account. Confirmed payments are recorded against the job. The current pilot uses Stripe test mode; live payments are not enabled. You can also record payments received elsewhere.
Are reviewed costs all actual costs?
They can still include estimates. Each category distinguishes estimated, owner-recorded and owner-measured costs. These are the owner's records, not independent verification.
